Terms & Conditions

General
1. UKdedigamers offer high end dedicated servers to the market for the sole purpose of gaming. All server types are prepaid.

2. You will not gain access to a server until we have received your payment.

3. If you do not follow the terms and conditions of this agreement your service may be terminated before the expiry date without refund.

4. We reserve the right to add or alter any regulations, in this agreement, as we deem necessary without prior notification.

Ordering the services
1. When ordering, the customer must give the correct and up to date information. I.E: Name, Address etc.

2. Incomplete order applications will not be accepted.

3. The customer may not place an order for someone else but himself.

4. Should the information given is found to be false, the agreement will be immediately terminated.

5. Once the service is ordered and paid, the customer will not be able to undo the purchase.

Payment
We accept payment via.

1. Paypal.

Account
1. When payment has been received the account will be activated.

2. The customer will be the owner of his account and have full control over the server and be held responsible for the usage thereafter.

3. The account owner is solely responsible for the actions of the server administrators.

4. Support will only be given to the account holder through our ticket system.

Usage
1. The server may not be used for other commercial purposes, such as promoting a business.

2. You are not allowed to alter the administrator passwords for VNC, FTP or Teamspeak.

3. You are not allowed to upload any copyrighted material, to the server ftp, without the permission of the owner.

4. You are not allowed to upload and install any modifications which would have a negative effect on the server performance.

5. You are not allowed to upload files which have no connection to the functionality of the rented server.

6. You are not allowed to host websites, file hosting, file sharing, streaming music or videos on the dedicated servers.

7. Do not update any server operating system software.

8. You may not use the service for any abusive activities on the internet.

9. We reserve the right to determine ourselves what is abusive, pornographic, offensive, or inappropriate and will terminate the service in the event it deems any use to violate this agreement.

10. Any use or attempted use of system to engage in software piracy or other illegal activities will result in an immediate termination of service.

11. If any use of ethnical, sexual or other forms of discrimination is somehow affiliated with the use of the server the account will be terminated.

Reliability
1. Access to the server will be available 24/7 through VNC.

2. Temporary downtime due to scheduled server maintenance, will be announced 1 week ahead.

3. Temporary downtime due to the maintenance of security may be done at any time without being announced.

4. We are not liable for inconsistencies in the latency to the server.

5. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors which are not within our control; Such as internet latency or other similar factors.

6. If any downtime is caused by some internal error on our servers, customers will be compensated with an extension to their rental period.

7. We do not backup any customers data i.e., maps, mods etc. It is the responsibility of the account holder to maintain a backup copy of his or her modifications, server configurations or any other important information, which should be stored on his or her own computer.

Support
1. Support will only be given to the account owner.

2. Support will only be given for the services we offer.

3. Support will not be given on modifications to servers, which we do not provide.

4. All support questions shall be made via our support ticket system. Support will normally be given within 24 hours.

Abuse
1. Any abuse to a member of our staff will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
